Information on the Granted Funding

The Kościuszko Society in Solothurn, which manages and oversees the Kościuszko Museum in Solothurn, received funding in 2025 under the program “Support for Archives, Libraries, and Museums Abroad”,

financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of Poland from the state budget.

The granted funds were used to cover:

• rent for the museum premises,
• administration of the museum website and management of the Facebook profile,
• publication of the III Bulletin of the Tadeusz Kościuszko Museum in Polish and German,
• publication of the first issue of the popular-science magazine “Solurian”,
• organization of a concert in Solothurn on the occasion of Polish Constitution Day (May 3) and the 210th anniversary of Tadeusz Kościuszko’s arrival in Solothurn,
• workshops for children,
• cultural and Polish community events,
• preparation of music recordings by Tadeusz Kościuszko and other Polish artists, which were published on the museum’s YouTube channel.

All planned activities were carried out according to their intended purpose and within the scheduled timeframe.
